PRESENTERS:
- Jocelyn Bayliss is the Program Leader for ATTAC’s Provider Network Development and Management team. She specializes in managing large-scale provider network contracting engagements and network development and management strategies, and network operations including network adequacy and access to care.
- Kevin J. Malone is an attorney with Epstein Becker Green. He is a go-to lawyer on issues concerning the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act. Prior to joining Epstein Becker Green, Kevin served in policy roles in the US Department of Health and Human Services within the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
