Sometimes you just need a little ‘nudge’. Prospect Medical Systems has initiated a digital outreach strategy to positively impact member satisfaction and improve CAHPS scores. In doing so, they learned first hand how their member communications were operating in departmental silos, with each outreaching to members as needed but detached from the member experience. Some members were receiving more than a little nudge, with communications coming at them from various departments and at the same time. Now, with a digital strategy and HealthCrowd’s technology platform in place, Prospect Medical Systems coordinates communications across departments for optimal member experience and improved CAHPS scores for medication adherence, member satisfaction and targeted HEDIS measures.
