Our last two webinars focused on accountable automation and a real-world Palm Beach ACO use case. In this session, we’d like to take the discussion one level higher and focus on the broader operating model ACOs will need as AI becomes more integrated into value-based care.
The session would explore how ACOs can move beyond fragmented dashboards and point solutions toward a connected AI operating layer that helps:
- identify and prioritize patients who need action
- automate patient outreach and scheduling
- support care-management workflows and quality-gap closure
- strengthen HCC and risk-capture workflows
- enable provider-facing tools such as AI scribe and pre-visit support
- integrate human-in-the-loop escalation and governance
- connect analytics and prediction to actual care execution
ACOs already have significant amounts of data and analytics; the next challenge is turning those insights into consistent, closed-loop action at scale.
