Melissa Tyler, Director of Advisory Services, has worked at Lightbeam Health Solutions for 4 years and oversees the Population Health and Clinical Transformation teams. Melissa and her colleagues partner closely with clients to collaboratively develop and deploy strategic plans across their organizations. Advisory Services plays a crucial role in identifying needs of patient populations, risk stratification, and ensuring appropriate resource allocation in order to positively impact patient outcomes and total cost of care.
Jennifer Newell, MBA, MSN, RN, Sr. Clinical Transformation Advisor at Lightbeam Health Solutions, where she has worked for 2 years. Jennifer has worked in clinical advisory roles for the past 11 years and has been an RN for 19 years. She has a passion for assisting clients in the development and implementation of Care Management workflows to achieve best practices and performance.
