- Erin Page, President, Government Value Based Programs. Erin joined Lightbeam Health Solutions in September of 2022 as the President of Government and Value-Based Programs. Prior to Lightbeam, Erin was the Chief Operating Officer at VillageMD, where, over a three-year period, Village grew to a multibillion-dollar organization with a focus on value-based care for all patients. Previously, Erin has served as the President of Medicare for Universal American, where she was responsible for both the Medicare Accountable Care Organization and Medicare Advantage business.
- Jonathon Smykal, Manager, Quality Metrics. Jonathon is passionate about software development and leads Lightbeam’s Quality Measures and Risk Adjustment development team. He brings more than 15 yrs of experience in healthcare, working across EHRs, clinical content, ePrescribing, and population health. In his role at Lightbeam, Jonathon certified Lightbeam’s HEDIS Health Plan measures, implemented Payment and Scoring for large health plans, and recently built the impact analyses between the CMS HCC v28 Models.
