With CMS recently releasing MSSP 2019 performance results and the lingering pandemic, ACOs across the country are evaluating and shifting their priorities. Our organization would like to get a better handle on the issue at large and how it continues to affect ACOs this year and in the future.

Results thus far have identified that closing care gaps, analyzing and impacting the cost of care, improving care management and reducing post-acute care costs have been identified as top areas that ACOs are working to improve.
In a future article, we will publish these findings and share the survey responses, withholding participant identities to respect anonymity.
