- Dr. Matt Rosenberg, MD – Chief Medical Officer of Clinical Quality and Strategy at Wellvana Health. In this role Dr. Rosenberg evaluates and implements new techniques and program to better the practice of medicine for the 2000 physicians in the group. He currently resides and practices in Jackson, Michigan, and serves as Medical Director of Mid-Michigan Health Centers.
- John Bartolovich – Healthcare Economics and Reimbursement Manager, Topcon Healthcare Solutions. In this role, John works with physicians, ACO’s, PCMH’s, and Medicare Advantage plans to close the Diabetes Eye Exam quality measure at the point of care. John has been in the healthcare sales space for 30 years, with the last 10 focused on diabetic retinopathy. He has done extensive study on healthcare economics and social determinants of health and their impact on diabetes and diabetic retinopathy.
