Leading Community Based Changes in the Culture of Health in the US – Experiences in Developing the Team and Impacting the Community is available through IntechOpen, the world’s largest publisher of Open Access books. Co-edited by Claudia S.P. Fernandez, DrPH, and Giselle Corbie-Smith, MD, healthcare experts from nurses to social workers present a way forward which shifts away from our fragmented and often judgmental approach to health.
